Artist's Comments
I finally put together Miss Buttons, whom I've had in pieces for quite a while now. I made the patterns for her myself, so she is a bit of an experiment for me.
Miss Buttons would like you to know that she's made out of undyed linen and she has had her fill of ordinary wadding, although she insists that she is everything but ordinary despite what's inside her. She would also like to draw attention to her lovely embroidered nose and belly button and of course you shouldn't over look her beautiful glass eyes. Miss Buttons is roughly 30 cm tall, and because she's a lady, she won't reveal her weight. Even if her ears are a little wonky and her shoulders are a bit odd, Miss Buttons does believe that one doesn't have to be perfect to be pretty. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
